Paul has been in the solar manufacturing industry since 2005 and was part of the executive team at GT Solar as it became a global leader in the development, sales, and commissioning of production equipment to make solar polysilicon and crystalline silicon ingots. During his time at GT, the company’s sales grew from $20 million to over $800 million annually, and enabled several new entrants in the crystalline silicon solar industry to become high-volume producers. Paul has extensive knowledge of the polysilicon production and silicon crystal growth landscapes as well as global solar supply chain dynamics and the re-shoring of solar manufacturing to the US. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MS in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
