Terry Jester, Chairman, is one of the world’s longest tenured solar engineering and operations executives. Ms. Jester has been exclusively focused on solar PV for the last 40+ years. She was awarded the 2015 Women in Solar Energy Award from the American Solar Energy Society (ASES). Ms. Jester, joined Silicor in 2010 following her active involvement in the Company as Entrepreneur in Residence at Hudson Clean Energy, LP. She has extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering of photovoltaics, and she has led efforts to ramp up manufacturing operations for a variety of photovoltaic technologies, including solar silicon cell and module-based photovoltaics. Ms. Jester has managed large solar operations and held engineering positions at Solaria, SunPower, SolarWorld, Siemens, Arco and Shell. She holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University Northridge.
